Jesus put
Others First

When Jesus was in the garden praying, He was talking to His Father. Jesus asked if there could be another way to complete His mission. But in the end, Jesus chose to do what He had come to do because it was part of God’s bigger plan.   Jesus knew that HE was God’s amazing rescue plan. Everything in God’s plan led up to Jesus, the Savior of the world. Jesus knew what was coming next—that He would have to die on the cross so that we could be forgiven of our sins.  Jesus put others first. He took the hard road. He chose to take on something that was difficult and painful so that we could have eternal life.
