Prayer is such a huge part of our training plan.

Today we will hear an example from Jesus as to how to pray.  Jesus’ prayer gave us the perfect example of the way we can pray to God. We don’t have to just pray about the things we want or need. We can take time to honor God and praise Him. We can ask God to show us how we can be a part of what He’s doing in the world. Prayer is such a huge part of our training plan. It helps us grow stronger in our relationship with God.
