Discussion Questions

Has there ever been a time in your life when “loving your neighbor as yourself” didn’t work out the way you imagined it would?

What are some ways you’ve tried to develop your self-awareness?

Read Romans 7:15-25. According to Paul, what makes self-awareness difficult to develop? What part does sin play in our ability/inability to do what we value most?

Read Galatians 2:20. What Paul mean when he says he has “been crucified with Christ?” Paul is obviously still alive when he’s writing this letter, so what is it in himself that has been put to death?

How could developing a Jesus-awareness change the spaces you’re in?
