Violet

by Jun 6, 2019Story

My name is Violet Hoffman. I am 9 years old in third grade at Mechanicsville Elementary. I accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was 6 years old. I did it at a VBS camp in Geneva, Illinois. That means that I asked Jesus into my heart that he forgave my sins and I became part of Gods family. I want to get baptized because that is something that God wants us to do when we become Christians. I also want to make it known that I am a Christian, and not keep it a secret. My favorite Bible verse is “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” John 14:6. That is my favorite verse because it is in a lot of songs and I like singing it. I want to thank my parents and my grandma for teaching me about the Bible.
