Called Out
As we continue our look at Galatians we find Paul and Peter in the midst of an awkward situation at the Antioch church supper. The way in which Paul addressed the situation will highlight not only the need for Jesus in our lives, but also the futility of rule keeping for salvation. Paul says he has been crucified with Christ, but what does that really mean for us?

The heart of Paul’s words to Peter in Galatians 2:14-16 was freedom from Jewish law in the gospel for all people. Can you think of the ramifications had Paul remained silent here, in the presence of so many early church leaders? What may have happened?
