He’s Got Your Back

“No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the Lord.”

Isaiah 54:17

Reading this verse we can be assured the God has our backs. Nothing anyone can say can take his protection from us. We can rest easy knowing God will always defend us. Even through our darkest days we need to remember that God is always there for us, no matter what.

Sometimes it’s not easy to be Christian. People can look down you, make fun of you, or even ignore you. This can weigh on us. When you’re faced with a tough test, whether it’s in school or at home, I challenge you to remember this verse. Read this verse. Remind yourself that God ALWAYS has our back.

Lord, Thank you for being that someone I can rely on. Thank you for equipping me to handle the challenges around me. Just knowing that you’re there for me in the dark and in the light is enough to comfort me. Help me show someone else the power you have to be with them always and protect them just like you do me. Amen!
